Love It Or Return It Guarantee
At Riley’s, COMPLETE SATISFACTION of your Furniture and Accessory selection is guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your selection for any reason, contact your Sales Specialist within 7 days of Delivery or Pickup. You may either reselect another item(s) or choose to return the item(s). The only stipulation, whether reselecting or returning, is making arrangements for the item(s) to be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of Delivery or Pickup Date, based on whichever method originally occurred. Once the item(s) have been returned to our warehouse within that 14-day period, a credit for the full amount of the furniture/accessory purchase, minus any delivery fees paid, will be added to your account for reselection credit. Or, if you are returning the item(s) for a refund, a check will be issued to you via mail. A reselection to another choice will require a redelivery fee when the new item(s) is delivered.
Sleep Guarantee/Mattress Return Policy
At Riley's, we want you to sleep well and get the best night’s rest from your Mattress purchase, so we take steps to guarantee your selection will be the right one for you! Our commission-free Sleep Specialists will work with you to select the best choice available based on your individual needs, using our combined 50 years of expertise in sleep comfort! To further ensure you get the best sleep experience, we provide you with the "Riley's 90-Night Sleep Better Promise". The Sleep Better Promise allows you an in-home trial period with your new mattress, long enough to allow your body to acclimate to the different support of your new mattress, and short enough to reselect another style and/or vendor if you determine that your new mattress isn't quite what you need.
For the Sleep Better Promise, a minimum 30-night (from the day of delivery) in-home sleep period is required in order to give your body ample time to adjust and respond to the new mattress. If you are not completely satisfied following the 30-night period, simply contact your Sleep Specialist, and arrangements will be made to return your mattress to the store for a one-time reselection to a different style mattress. After the minimum 30-night testing period is concluded, we allow you up to a full 90 nights from the date of pick-up or delivery of your mattress to contact us for a return, giving you freedom and flexibility to decide what you need, because we believe it's the Right Thing to Do for you!
Please note that to exercise this Sleep Guarantee, a $99.95 handling/inspection and restocking fee will be charged, and a redelivery fee will be assessed when your new selection is delivered. Please note that Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Sheets and Adjustable Bases are non-returnable due to health regulations.
Also note that it is a characteristic of new Mattresses to “adjust” to your sleeping habits, as well as your body weight and shape, sometimes forming what is referred to as “Body-Impressions”. Witnessing and experiencing these characteristics means your Mattress is doing its job. These “Body-Impressions” are common and acceptable, and are not considered defects of any kind.
